We had a wonderful stay at Serena Hotel Hunza and truly enjoyed our experience. The service, hospitality, overall environment, and attention to guests were excellent in every aspect.
A special thanks to Fazal, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we faced an issue with room availability.
One area that could be improved is the coordination of the hotel’s room availability system. We were initially informed directly by the hotel that rooms were not available, while rooms were still showing as available through online booking platforms. Fortunately, Fazal helped us navigate the situation and made the process much easier for us.
Overall, we had a great time at Serena Hotel Hunza and really appreciated the hospitality. With a little improvement in synchronizing room availability across direct and online booking channels, the guest experience could be even smoother.
Thank you to the entire team, and especially Fazal, for making our stay memorable!

The best option to stay in Hunza with extremly professional staff and lovely landscapes. Quality of food is another attraction. Will always be my first preference to stay in this valley.

Staying at Hunza Serena Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Pakistan. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by magnificent mountains and peaceful scenery. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Every morning, enjoying breakfast with the incredible mountain view was unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hunza.
