    I know this hotel is very affordable, but the condition is unacceptable even for the low price. The problems we encountered: - 🚽 Comfort rooms have a strong urine smell and are very dirty ​ - 🛏️ Bed springs are exposed and press painfully against our backs. One bed leg was even missing — they just used a piece of cardboard as a makeshift support! ​ - 🧶 Beddings are stained and clearly not properly cleaned. It is unsafe and unhygienic. I cannot recommend this place until they fix these basic maintenance and cleanliness issues.

    I paid my booking online but still I paid cash amounting to P1,200.00 because they said my booking was not confirmed. But I paid in cash, they confirmed my booking but did not return my cash payment
