Bed sheets and pillows look dirty. The bathroom has a pungent smell. The elevator is not easy access. Still Need to climb stairs

The price is not too high and not too low, at average. The staffs are friendly. The location is okay, cannot walk to the bts skytrain but not too far to travel by motobike. The facility in the room is pretty old but clean. At night I barely slept because there were mosquitos in the room. I killes one but there were more from nowhere. But I discovered those mosquitos pretty late at midnight and stayed for only one night so I didn't call for staff => Need to check them early if you want to stay

The hotel lobby floor is not flat, no lift, just stairs. Traveller have to be careful. The floor no indication of “watch your step” and the color is black, the step on the floor caused me falling and get ankle injuries. But the staff at that time is kind, give me the first aid. But until now my ankle still hurt even I’ve go to hospital for rontgen. To all of the traveller, please be careful on that floor. and For the hotel, pls consider to change the floor design. That is not safe at all.

Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, my recent stay was extremely disappointing. The actual condition of the room was far below what I would consider an acceptable hotel standard. As shown in the photos, the room was poorly maintained and unhygienic. The door was dirty and badly worn, the furniture was damaged and chipped, the window was dirty, and the bathroom fixtures and mirror were in poor condition. Most concerning was the visible water damage, peeling/bubbling paint and deterioration around the bathroom ceiling and walls. Overall, the room looked old, neglected and in serious need of maintenance. The Wi-Fi situation made the experience even worse. Wi-Fi was supposed to be available, but there was no functioning Wi-Fi on Level 2. Nobody informed me about this during check-in. I only found out after approaching the staff, and I was then told that I could only use the Wi-Fi in the lobby. This was not a reasonable solution because there were many mosquitoes around the lobby area, making it very uncomfortable to sit there just to get internet access. Guests should be informed before or during check-in if an advertised facility such as Wi-Fi is unavailable. The issue is not simply that the hotel is old. An older property can still be clean and properly maintained. What I experienced was a clear lack of upkeep, cleanliness and attention to basic guest comfort. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and carries out proper repairs and maintenance instead of continuing to offer rooms in this condition. Very disappointing experience, and based on this stay, I would not recommend this hotel. If possible I seeking for refund..
