Me and my best friend stayed in the room for a few days the room is nice somewhat updated we had a king size bed which could have been a little bit better along with the TV being very outdated but other than that the staff was very helpful the location is amazing and the price could have been a lot better for the room

My husband and I stayed here for a month and a half. I was told when we first arrived that if my little dog stayed with my mom I wouldn’t have to pay the pet fee for that night but now I’m being told that I have to pay the pet fee even if he’s not there. On the counter in the office it says that the pet fee is $20.99 a night but I was charged $21.99 a night. I asked if the washer and dryer worked because the elevator didn’t work and I had to carry our laundry up 3 flights of stairs. They told me yes. I went to put my clothes in the dryer and I had to ring them out and then I go to get our clothes out of the dryer an hour later and they were soaking wet. I told one of the employees and he said that they were waiting on the part for the washer. They knew that they didn’t work. It makes me mad that I not only wasted my money but I wasted my time as well. They should have offered to at least reimburse me my money. The elevator still isn’t working.
