The hotel is really homey and cozy.
Location is perfect, just across Lappeenranta harbour.
There are many restaurant and convinience store nearby.
Hotel have cafe just across the street.
The room is big with complete amnenity. It is nice to stay here.
Breakfast is good with enough variety. They also provide ice cream for breakfast. That is my son favourite. The pastry taste delicious.
If you go by bus from Lappeenranta train station then you should not follow google map instruction. There are another apps for travel by bus at Lappeenranta call : Jouko Apps. This apps is more accurate than google map. Hopefully this will help you.
Overall we really enjoy our stay here. Next time if we go to Lappeenranta again, we definitely will stay at Hotelli Lahde.
