Due to technical reasons the information from the hotel was not delivered to me at the booking. This lack of information meant that we missed how and when to book the spa and the restaurant for dinner, and upon arrival it was all fully booked and there was no way of making exceptions. When pointing this out to staff they stated that this was a known issue, but obviously they had done nothing to fix it.
The food in the bistro was ok, but for the price it could definitely have been better. A stake sandwich at around 30$US should be served on a higher quality bread than stale toast.
The room was nice, and so was the view and breakfast.
So I really think that they should fix the issue with the information distribution, and since it is a known issue they should also have offered some kind of compensation. And considering the price point, better care can be taken about the food in the bistro.

The hotel doesn't provide a correct location ( it's on the top of the hill) & the road to the hotel is very tight, with a lot of speed bumps & has such a slope that it does not allow cars towing heavy trailers or caravans to climb. But when you face a problem to reach this hotel, the staff recommends you "to translate the name of the hotel" instead of support & understanding. Unfortunately, I booked this hotel for my husband on 05/07 at 18:00 but at 23:00 I had to inform the hotel that he could't come physically or technically because in 2km to the hotel his car got seriously damaged ( he was driving a strong car with full loaded trailer but it was impossible to reach this hotel & also to turn back). Finally, we got a huge trouble how to solve the problem with evacuation, the hotel charged 100% & totally refused any other solution, my husband after 16h driving had to spend a night in the car. Apart from that, in my communication with hotel was offered a permanent business cooperation (our company opens a new site in Sundsvall) & our engineers has to visit Sundsvall often & to have accommodation but the hotel refused this offer as well which let me think that they are totally interested in one-time & permanent customers. Of course it's absolutely pity position & attitude but for sure to get understanding, support, respect , getting solution in this or that inconvenient situation, professional attitude are not about this hotel, as I see the target is to catch a quick & easy money. (I am able to make an opinion about professionalism or not because I worked more than 15 years in travel & hospitality fields on key positions & I know how it works internally.)
