    I arrived at a closed entree. To enter one needed a code. I had not received a code. On my calls, nobody reacted. I was lucky that another customer inside opened the door for me and I could find out that there was no reception and one has to see the Ibis hotel next door. At Ibis I got my room number and doir code. But they didn't work. New codes did work. But I had reserved a room where it was not marked that there was shared bathroom. But I had no private bathroom.
