    I Have booked Premium room but when I checked in the gave me A standard room . They even don't provide Water bottle... The bed sheet is dirty and Staff are very rude. Don't waste your money

    I booked a double bed, but was given two single beds instead. When I raised the issue, the manager argued with me and said I needed to contact Agoda. This was especially inconvenient as I was traveling with my wife and our little daughter.
