This was my third stay at The Western, and once again it was excellent in every aspect. The rooms, service, cleanliness, and overall hospitality were outstanding. The food was amazing with a great variety and quality, although it is a bit on the expensive side. Nevertheless, the overall experience was wonderful, and I look forward to staying here again.

Hotel was good everything was good and clean just the blanket had a bit of weird smell and inside hotel their was strong smell of sigarates not inside the room

The room itself was good, but the staff behavior was extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. Instead of polite and well-mannered hospitality staff, it honestly felt like rude and aggressive people were placed at the front desk.
Just because we were about 15 minutes past the checkout time, the staff immediately started speaking in a very rude and disrespectful tone. This is not how guests should ever be treated in the hospitality industry. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely missing.
A place may have good rooms, but if the staff behaves like this, it ruins the entire experience. Management seriously needs to train their staff in basic manners and guest handling.
