    8 / 10Excellent·Aug 2026
Pretty good. It's not the greatest location as there's nothing to do and there's only one place to eat which is a dive bar and restaurant, which is popular, but also the only show in town. The staff are very nice. The walls are kinda thin.

This property offers outstanding value for the money in a quiet village a short distance from the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities are well maintained, providing for an enjoyable experience.

About 30 minutes from Reykjavik and the Golden Circle, which we managed in a day, including a short time at the Secret Lagoon hot spring.. Arrived back in Reykjavik after sunset. Breakfast was extra cost but worth it. Lots of choices and good coffee. Host was nice., though not going out of his way to interact. Kim’s Wings across the street for dinner was good. Friendly and good house beer.
    6.4 / 10Average·Aug 2025
Overall, it was a good stay. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, not too far from the airport. On the downside, it was far from restaurants and grocery stores, and the room lacked some basic facilities, such as an electric kettle. Still, it was a generally good experience.
