    I stayed at this place from 16 to 20th morning (4 nights). 2 days booking from makemytrip, 1 day offline at reception, 1 day from agoda). I'll just write down the positives and negatives and let people judge my ratings:- [ ] Frequent power cuts, no or slow inverter/generator [  ] Bed bugs on first day (see photos attached) [  ] No AC from 2nd day onwards(total 3 days without AC). Head at the reception kept apologising for the AC units not working and kept giving lame excuses for the AC maintenance & repair. [  ] Head or managers didn't seem to know what was going on themselves and couldn't give any clear info. [  ] Very slow food/ restaurant service [  ] Key card keeps getting wiped then have to go back to reception to get it activated. [  ] Food was terrible ( I tried butter paneer and it gave me stomach ache, old or frozen gravy maybe, couldn't even finish half of it) [  ] Very bad ventilation as there were no windows in my room, felt stuffy, humid and hot. Had to open main door everyday for some air to pass in the room but not really helpful. [  ] Positives [  ] Bedroom on the bigger side [  ] Overall room, bedsheets and washroom were clean on average except the bedbugs issue [  ] Towels were clean but quite worn out and  rough [  ] Room had good view and ample outside light The hotel only gave Rs 500 discount during chekout after a lot of complaining and arguing, bad owner bad!

    We stayed at this hotel for one night only. But our experience was not good. The hotel lacked cleanliness and maintenance standards. On moving two separate beds in the room underneath dust and stains were visible. The shower water was flowing all over the bathroom floor. The wash basin bowl was broken. Better avoid this hotel.
