The properth offers excellent cleanliness and well-maintained facilties. They made for a comfortable stay. Its prime location makes shopping and transport very convenient, though the view could be better. The staff are friendly. However we felt that someone went through our safety box while we were not in the room. Nothing was stolen but it seems that someone in the hotel access safety box without informing us.

I loved my stay here. The hotel is perfectly located – close to shops, restaurants, and all the main sights. It made exploring so easy. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again for the unbeatable convenience.

It completely ruined our mood on our first day in Italy. I paid for a room with a terrace but was given one with a balcony instead. The hotel claimed they couldn’t help, as all terrace rooms had already been assigned to other guests. They asked me to contact Agoda directly. Agoda responded that they had not received any reply from the hotel for over 10 days. I also sent an email to the hotel myself but still haven’t received any response. I’m extremely disappointed with the hotel’s lack of responsibility.

Terrible experience. While we were out, the staff moved our luggage from the Panoramic Terrace Room we booked and paid for to a cheaper room downstairs without a terrace, and they refused to give us a refund (to stay elsewhere) or even the price difference between the rooms. We deserved a refund because the hotel did not provide the room it advertised or a comparable alternative. The manager and staff claimed they don't know how to cancel or refund reservations from Agoda, Priceline, or Expedia—even though they accept payments from those platforms. On top of that, they were dismissive and rude to us.
