    I visited haridwar with my family during mid july we stayed at vasudevay inn haridwar during our visit. The stay was very good and highly recommendable the property was maintained and served well to us. The whole staff including receptionists, cleaning staff was very cooperative and helpful didnt let us cause any trouble or inconvenience during the stay. The reception timing were from 9 AM in the morning but they answered to our requests even at 5AM . Hospitality is also fantastic. The food served at our room was also very delicious and hygenic. Very professional service and a kind of stay you would recommend others . The stay at this property enhanced our visit and is even close to

    When I booked the room on Agoda, the room size was clearly mentioned as 498 sq. ft. However, after checking in, the room appears to be only around 200–250 sq. ft., which is significantly smaller than what was advertised. This is misleading and does not match the booking description. I have raised this with the hotel, but they have not replied to my question. Kindly verify this discrepancy and either provide the room as booked or offer an appropriate resolution, such as a room upgrade or compensation.

    ⭐ 1/5 – Booking Cancelled Without Notice | Extremely Unprofessional Booked this hotel through Agoda with a clear pay-at-property term. No advance payment was required at the time of booking — or so I was led to believe. On the day of travel, while I was on the road from Delhi to Haridwar, the hotel quietly sent an email at 11:00 AM stating I needed to pay 25% of the booking amount by 3:00 PM to "secure" my confirmed reservation. I was driving and had no way to check emails. No phone call was made. By the time I reached the property, my booking had been cancelled. My issues: • This condition was NEVER disclosed at the time of booking on Agoda • Email-only communication to a travelling guest is completely unreasonable • A simple phone call could have resolved this — the hotel chose not to make one • The only alternative offered was a Dharmshala — nowhere close to what was booked This is not just poor service — it is a breach of the agreed booking terms. Both Agoda and Hotel Vasudeva need to be held accountable for misleading guests. Would NOT recommend this property to anyone. Avoid if you value your travel plans and peace of mind.
