    The staff was good and cooperative, but the overall service was not up to the mark. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed was dirty. The bathroom was also missing basic amenities. The food was okay. However, one good thing was that they arranged dinner for us even at 11 PM, which was quite helpful.

    The rooms were not ready for check-in and the overall condition was extremely dirty and unhygienic. We had to wait and deal with an uncomfortable situation immediately after arrival. The owner, Prince, asked us to pay extra money if we wanted to use another room, instead of properly resolving the issue with the room that was provided to us. I was travelling with my 1.5-year-old baby, so cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment were extremely important for us. It was very difficult to manage the situation with a small child, especially when the accommodation was not properly prepared for guests. There was also no proper room servicing or housekeeping support, including basic requirements such as room freshener, cleaning, and maintaining the room in a suitable condition. The overall experience was far below what we expected from an Airbnb property. The accommodation should have been properly cleaned, inspected, and prepared before allowing guests to check in. We also felt uncomfortable with the way the situation was handled by the owner. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally and providing a reasonable solution, we were asked for additional payment for another room. Considering that we were travelling with a small baby, this situation caused significant inconvenience, stress, and discomfort. I request Airbnb to please review this matter seriously and consider an appropriate refund/compensation for the poor condition of the accommodation and the inconvenience caused.

    Over priced hotel. Rude behaviour of hotel's restaurant staff. No complementary service provided at this price. Smelling bathrooms. There is no waiters in restaurant. Hygiene not maintained in kitchen.
