    I had booked the room which can accommodate 2 guests but had mentioned 1 guest and paid full amount. Even then , although the booked room can accommodate 2 guests, I was forced to pay additional 500rs for no reason.. This is completely unfair and don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.. By the way, even the person at reception was. careless while talking to us to provide accommodation info. They have no clue about customer satisfaction…

    The room and bathroom were very neat and clean, which was a positive aspect of my stay. However, several other things made my experience disappointing. At the time of booking, the room was advertised as having a city view, but I was given a view of another building. Although this was not a major issue, the room description could have been more accurate. The room had an electric kettle, but surprisingly, the hotel did not provide tea bags or coffee sachets, which cost only around ₹2 each. It makes me wonder why a kettle is provided if such basic amenities are not available. Unfortunately, I was allotted a room near the service room, where I could hear a drilling-like noise every 20 minutes. The noise disturbed my sleep and made it difficult to rest peacefully. At around 7:30 AM, I received a call asking whether I preferred bed coffee or tea. I requested coffee but had to wait until 8:45 AM for it to arrive. I could have avoided wasting so much time waiting if the hotel had not offered this service without being able to deliver it promptly. For breakfast, the menu offered several options, and I ordered poori. However, I was served idli and vada instead. If the hotel cannot provide the items listed on the menu, it should inform guests in advance rather than allowing them to order something that is unavailable. Most disappointing of all was the attitude of the housekeeping staff, which made me feel as though I was staying at the hotel free of cost rather than paying for the service. Overall, while the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was commendable, the poor service, lack of basic amenities, noise disturbance, incorrect breakfast order, and unprofessional staff attitude significantly affected my experience. The hotel management needs to improve its service quality, communication, and staff behaviour to ensure that guests receive the hospitality they pay for.
