    The stay was overall nice but a few drawbacks. I got a quiet room and was able to sleep great. The AC keeps leaking water and there is no mat to dry the feet after using bathroom and water would make the floor slippery and had to use hand towel to wipe my feet after using bathroom. The toiletries were not provided consistently and I had to ask them multiple times for it. There is a water heater in the room but I never got hot water while showering despite turning on the heater for 15-20min. These were some of my drawbacks. Other than that it's a beautiful and comfortable stay in Bukit Bintang with everything at walking distance. A very good proximity to all prime locations

    I had a decent time but few shortcomings were that the AC was dripping water randomly and the AC took quite sometime to cook the room and there was some difficulty in getting hot water despite turning on the heater switch for more than 10-15 minutes. Also the floor outside the bathroom gets wet with water and there is no mat to dry your wet feet in the room and had to use the hand towel for that purpose. Room was quiet and comfortable but not the best for the price charged. Location is very good. Had to ask the reception for basic amenities like body wash and toothbrush kit as they hadn't voluntarily refilled it. Also no handwash in the bathroom.
