    We were surprised at how close and convenient everything was. The 7-11 was just across the street. It's a few minutes walk from the main station and further along, Ueno Park. Neighborhood is quiet and safe despite lively Ameyoko being across. The room itself was very clean and complete. Just about right for a couple with younger children (might be tighter with teens),

    Nice hotel very close to the centre of Ueno and the station. Room had everything we needed including a laundry machine, bathtub and a small kitchen and fridge. Very comfortable and would come stay again. Staff were friendly and attentive.

    I have tried some hotels here in ueno area but this one is great for me. Free bottle of water everyday.

    We check in real late at night, there’s a staff to facilitate. English was not an issue. There’s a problem with in room WiFi, she tried to fix it but it didn’t work. However, a portable WiFi device was given. The room is big and well equipped. Really happy with the quality rest. Walk to the Ueno station can be quite a challenge if you have a new luggages. Overall, will like to stay again
