    Hotel Amrit — Good Hotel, Very Poor Reception Experience The hotel, rooms, and room service were good, but the reception experience was extremely disappointing, mainly because of receptionist Laxman Patel. My early check-in had already been approved, yet at around 6 AM, I was made to wait nearly an hour even though four rooms were available at the time. Another receptionist later confirmed that such delays are sometimes done intentionally to pressure guests into paying extra for early check-in. The same issue happened at checkout. My late checkout until 2 PM had already been approved, but Laxman Patel charged an excessive amount, claiming payment for six additional hours. More concerningly, he took the payment into his personal account despite the request already being approved by the hotel. When I questioned the charge, his behaviour was rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional. The hotel itself was good, but the conduct of the reception staff seriously damaged the entire experience. Management should urgently investigate these practices and take appropriate action. Please improve the front-desk staff and ensure guests are treated honestly and professionally. One afternoon receptionist was genuinely helpful and courteous, although I don’t know his name. Apart from him, the reception experience was unacceptable. I would consider staying at Hotel Amrit again only if the management addresses these issues seriously.

    Hotel Amrit Review Hotel, rooms and room service were good, but reception was extremely disappointing. Laxman Patel was rude and argumentative. Despite approved early check-in, we waited an hour despite rooms being available. Approved late checkout until 2 PM was also charged excessively for six hours. Payment was taken into his personal account. Management should investigate and improve reception urgently. only the receptionist on 23 rd august on afternoon shift was a perfect guy keep guys like him
