    Hotel staff have no responsibility for taking care of guest. Vehicle parking was far away. Upto 9 o'clock no receptionist at his desk. No check out formalities. Bill amount receipts not given. Totally worth condition.

    The room was not properly cleaned, and the condition of the towels provided was very poor. We had to ask the staff to replace them, and only then were we given clean towels. Several basic amenities were also missing from the room, such as a dental kit, shower cap, electric kettle, tea/coffee sachets, and mugs. When we asked the staff about these amenities, we were told that they are only provided in higher-priced rooms and not in standard rooms. I have stayed in and booked many hotels in standard room categories, and these basic amenities are normally provided. It was disappointing that Hotel Suryodaya did not provide them. The room also had maintenance issues. The fan control/button was not in good condition, and the switch/button near the bed was not working. Overall, the cleanliness, basic amenities, and room maintenance were below expectations and should be improved.
