    I reserved a room with two beds as I was traveling with a friend. We got a room with one bed. I went downstairs to ask and was told that I did not confirm that I wanted two beds and there was a 20euro fee. I never received anything asking me for a confirmation but whatever. It was late and we were tired. I paid the fee and we moved to a room with a queen size bed and the smallest twin imaginable. They don’t turn on the air conditioning on the upper floors so it was quite hot for some time until the air conditioning kicked in. It also smelled of sewage which was unpleasant. Lots of homeless people on the street outside. We only needed it for one night but I would not stay there again. The pros were friendly front desk staff, a nice, air conditioned lobby with very clean bathroom and a good breakfast.

    Small rooms but very well equipped. Very clean and everything works. Lots of positive points: blackout blinds, windows that open, very effective air conditioning, great water pressure, hot water instantly, great breakfast, super friendly staff, 24 hour drinks and coffee at reception, good location with grocery store around the corner…
