    The moment I landed up at this hotel 8.30 pm, it ruined my whole day. Reason I booked this place was close proximity to all shopping areas. The car park attendant was an angry man who very abusive. On arrival at the reception the staff did not even consider my presence & was watching his ph. Once I told him I wanted to check in he wanted to know walk in or online. Once I told him online booking, his whole attitude changed & was extremely rude & very unassuming. Told me I should have come direct. Once I had signed in, had to wait for ever to get the room, another grumpy old man showed us to our room where we had to carry all our luggage, the elevator & corridors were stinking with some pest control. Looks like for all the rooms they had only one person handling room service. Upon entering the room, was dismayed, torn & worn out bed sheets, old stinking blankets, broken closet & a run down bathroom. They also wanted me to checkout at 11.30 am the nxt day, when I told them it was 12pm they said that is if we come direct & not online. Very unprofessional service & behaviour, considering this is a hospitality industry. Worst lodging experience ever. Checked out a few hotels in the neighbourhood which are excellent & much more reasonable. Never ever step into that place again.
