One should not opt for deluxe room as ac water leakage, does not swing and the hotel staff very rude they don't even upgrade room

I stayed in Hotel spices from 29th April till 5th May but bookings were extended due to delay in work. So I continued to keep up the room as I liked the property and was comfortable. Not a very star luxurious property but very good for commuters and business travellers. Staff attitude is what really makes different and actually overcome few shortcomings which exist. Ms. Sejal at front office accompanied by Mr. Alam and other guy were good. They make sure guest stay is comfortable. They never say no to any thing . Same goes with housekeeping. Mr. Neeraj and Mr. Pawan are overworked because of shortage of staff but still they make sure to keep everything upto date. Running around all the floors to meet guest requirements. Also once I told them, how I need cleaning to be done and how the things to be placed, they did everyday without a miss Breakfast was above standard for this hotel Mr. Sidheshwar at restaurant made sure guest get whatever they asked for. Fresh and hot dosa, bhature, poori, uttapam , tea and coffee were delivered at the desk every day. They remembered my preference of tea without sugar, bread toast jam etc. All kudos to team of hotel spice. Note : book in advance because this property is always in demand and majorly sold out

I like the hotel as per the budget. Receptionist Ms. Sejal is very supportive and quick to perform her duties. Checkin was smooth and she made sure I get whatever I need. Breakfast was also good, hot and fresh . Dosa was made on request . Also room was neat and cleaned with all basic amenities provided Only thing which I didn't like was laundry quality. Towels n linen provided were but dirty and smelly. Also I extended my stay to second day and requested them cleaning not required but just mop my floor. No one came despite repeated reminders. Rest all was ok.

Rs.2500 per night for 1 person in deluxe room. Clean room, bed and bathroom, with all basic facilities. Decent pocket friendly stay for 1-2 nights for solo travellers. Maintenance can be better, need to focus on mosquitoes, had to kill 10 of them in the evening to have sleep at night.
