Able to see northern lights from the room

I stayed for 4 nights. NO ONE came to clean the room. The staff were chatting in the lounge room instead of cleaning rooms (a Dane lady and a Filipino lady). I had to ask them and by then I was back in the hotel and didn’t want to be disturbed. I just asked for fresh towels and floor mat.
The table in the lounge room was dirty throughout my stay and no one bothered to wipe it - it is a 5 secs job. For the price you pay, I would expect a lot more. I’m very certain the sticky stain is still there.
However, breakfast was nice. The Dane at reception wearing glasses was nice and got me a bathrobe, fresh towels and bathing soap (there was NONE in my room when I arrived).
The hotel needs to monitor the work and manage their lazy housekeeping staff better.

the room is more than enough for a solo traveller
overall is okay clean. but shared bathroom is a bit small
the location is good if you have a tour around the ferry terminal
but i really want to appreciate the front dest staff. they are very friendly and helpful especially the guy helped me when i arrived the first day. I think it is Rocky?
Other staff are very helpful and friendly too. always with a smile on❤️

10-15mins walk to the shopping street. Clean are comfortable, many tourists stayed here when I stayed there.
