    Hotel is far away from Mahakal temple. Though the construction is new, maintenance is very poor. Staff is also rude and breakfast quality was substandard.

    Very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the staff initially told me that they could not find my online booking and said that I had no reservation. I had to wait for almost one hour before they finally checked their system properly and found my booking details. What made the experience worse was that the online rate I had booked was cheaper than the rate they were offering to walk-in customers. I got the impression that this may have been the reason for the unnecessary difficulty in accepting or locating my booking, although I cannot say this for certain. The next day, I have asked to pay an additional ₹500 for a late checkout of only around 40–45 minutes. I understand that hotels have checkout policies, but considering the unnecessary one-hour delay at check-in and the circumstances around the booking, the additional charge felt unreasonable. The hotel needs to improve its booking handling, transparency, and customer service. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

    I had a great stay as a solo traveler. The rooms are very good, comfortable, and the cleanliness across the new property is excellent.
