    Thank you for your response. However, I have already explained the situation multiple times, and I do not want any further delay. I have been requesting the property staff since 9:00 AM to clean the dirty room and change the bedsheet, but no proper action was taken. The staff ignored my requests, and the property owner additionally demanded ₹500 per day for another room. Because of these issues, I was forced to check out at 4:53 PM. I did not leave the property voluntarily; I checked out because the basic cleanliness and service promised were not provided. My booking ID is ***. Please register my complaint immediately, cancel the booking, and process my full refund. I also want the complaint/case reference number as soon as it is registered. Please do not ask me to wait indefinitely or repeat the same information. Kindly escalate this matter to a senior specialist and provide a clear resolution and refund confirmation at the earliest.

    We had to wait a long time for check-in, and the hotel staff's behavior wasn't good either. There's no bathroom. There's a small bed there. Everything can be heard in the small room, both from outside and inside.
