    My booking was from 12 am on 19 Apr 25, but when we reached the staff flatly refused any availability till 12 noon. They didn't even acknowledge the check in time mentioned on the booking mail. The manager even refuted ever talking to me on phone whereas on his phone history my calling number showed on 3rd Apr 25. After lot of hot discussions he allotted us a triple bed room till 12 noon. In the Afternoon they shifted us to 2 different rooms. No amenities worth mentioning at all - the attendant didn't even respond to calling, there were no towels and no soap in bathrooms and there was no drinking water provided in any of the 2 rooms. Very pathetic service levels and abominable staff behavior.
