    During check-in, the receptionist didn't hand me the key along with the access card. So I have to go downstairs from L5 to take the key. Next, there is no aircond remote. Again, I have to go downstairs at lobby. Luckily, there is an elevator provided. And the WiFi cannot connected. The facilities are all new and clean. The room is spacious. There is a study table and the light is white so suitable for us to do work. One of the plug point wasn't functional. Overall, facilities are good but service weren't. It's walking distance to UiTM Bandaraya Melaka and strategic. So please improve your services.

    Walaupon ianya hotel budget saya sgt berpuas hati sbb service dan layanan baik dri staff. bilik luas tak ade perabut tapi bagus utk saya sbb space luas tu boleh anak2 main. staff pon baik sgt. kami checkout jam 10. staff ajak breakfast for free.. saya pon fhm sbb drp membazir buang better offer kepada client. tq sgt2. breakfast simple tapi sedap sgt. next time saya akan dtg lagi hotel ni
