Good: easy to find, easy to access via self check in. Nice lounge available with delicious tea and coffee. Clean room. Good bed!! Good shower.
Points to improve: additional pillows would be nice. We were in room # 1. Just along the street, and you can not have a window open during the night, too much noise from passing cars.
There was no shampoo available??
Very strange was, that upon reservation nobody told the Hotel Uzwil was closed during 1 week. But in the reservation confirmation it was several times informed that breakfast is available during our stay. This was very bad!!! I have my thoughts about this procedure!! I think you SHOULD HAVE INFORM about this!
