    Fairly standard mid-range hotel for Bali. Nice pool and good sized restaurant. Friendly team, who always greeted with a smile. Close to good beaches, restaurants and a supermarket is next door. A little too far to walk to beaches / attractions though. Cleanliness of room, especially bathroom could improve. Rooms nothibg special and 'King' bed is two singles sruck together with a dip in between. For short term stays would be better to spend a little extra on something inside the IDC or beachfront.

    Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not reflect the standard expected of a 3-star property. The hotel was generally run down and not very impressive ourside the lobby. Across the three days we stayed, multiple interactions left us feeling uncomfortable and, at times, disrespected. There was a clear lack of courtesy and respect for guests, and at no point did we feel treated with dignity or warmth. The overall approach felt transactional, focused more on rules and money than on genuine hospitality. After a 3-hour drive, we arrived tired, hot, and hungry, and had barely settled in before going to eat. While we were in the middle of our meal, a staff member interrupted us and insisted that we pay for an outstanding night from our extended stay. We had already paid for two nights and had one remaining night to settle. Being approached like this, during a meal, felt inappropriate and poorly handled. When we asked if we could settle the remaining balance at the end of our stay, the request was refused. The way this was handled made us feel as though we were being treated with suspicion rather than as paying guests, which was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. There were also issues with basic hospitality. When we asked for drinking water, we were told we had to purchase it, with no drinking water provided for guests. The food was another major letdown. Dishes were either under-seasoned, overwhelmingly spicy, or completely tasteless. The breakfast buffet was very limited, with little variety. The Indonesian options in particular were so excessively spicy that we could barely eat them. This is after having eaten Indonesian food for two weeks across different places, none of which were this poorly balanced. At checkout, our bags were simply handed to us, with no offer to assist in loading them into the car, which added to the overall impression of a lack of care. The pool was not inviting. It was big and It was sat in the glaring sun with exactly 4 deck chairs around it. Not inviting at all. The room itself did not make up for these issues. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, affecting our ability to rest. Overall, the experience felt rigid, unaccommodating, and lacking in basic courtesy. Across multiple interactions, we did not feel treated with the level of respect or consideration expected of guests. I have received better service at lower-rated hotels. This is not the treatment expected at a 3-star hotel. All this to say, we would not choose to stay here again or recommend it to others.

    Recommended for solo traveller at Nusa Dua. However i got a room where the door are difficult to lock. But overall it was a pleasant stay.
