    Hotel was at good location. Staff Latha was friendly and considerate in providing customer needs. Unfortunately, Hotel Duty Manager was not professional to handle customer disputes with regards with any feedbacks. Renovation was carried out on weekends where guest are still at hotel premises, very noisy drilling work at Hotel and Restaurant while having great time with family. Reception Staff should inform the guests with regards of any charges ahead of their laundry services. We were charged INR 60 to wash a piece of inner clothing. Ridiculous and unacceptable charges. We were charged INR1000++ to just wash 500gm of inners. Please be considerate with your International Hotel Guest and be professional in handling guest dissatisfaction. You can't settle a grievance with providing one cup of INR 50 Tea or Coffee. Loosing customer trust and integrity will affect your hotel goodwill. Please train and educate your Front Office staffs well to prevent disputes with guests. Hope the management will look into this matter seriously. Thank you. Jai Hind
