    Horrible service. Don't stay here. We spent extra money to stay at a rooftop room and it was crazy noisy in the night. The room was okay but it looks totally different from the photos on Agoda. We got stuck because the lift was broken (the lift is the only way out). We couldn’t find a way out because the phone in the room was also broken. The receptionist came to get us with aggressive attitude. How can this kind of person be the receptionist? Terrible experience. It ruined our trip in Capri.

    I had a wonderful stay! I was especially impressed by the driver who picked me up and dropped me off at the port, which made everything so convenient and stress-free. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. They were always happy to answer my questions and made me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. Breakfast was also lovely. The location is excellent, especially if you’re planning to visit the mountain chair lift and Blue Grotto. It’s also conveniently located near public transportation and other sights. I would highly recommend this place, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Anacapri!

    We enjoyed our stay. Also very close to bus terminal which takes you to/from the port and to Capri. The chairlift is also a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was lovely with a STUNNING view.

    The location is quite good, but unfortunately, that is probably the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The staff were not very polite or attentive, and the breakfasts were absolutely terrible. There was almost nothing to eat, and I actually left breakfast feeling hungry. The swimming pool smelled strongly of chlorine, which made it uncomfortable to stay there. The sun loungers were also very uncomfortable — they were basically just chairs, not proper loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.
