The hotel prides itself with a name of a resort and makes branding of being an expensive high end resort. Reality is totally different. I made reservation few days before coming via reception for a restaurant for a valentine diner, when I came the lady in the reception said all is in order, but when I went to restaurant they said they don’t make reservations. The staff in the restaurant was rude too. When you have room at the ground flour you need to take 2 lifts go up and down to reach the restaurant because somebody designed the building wrong. If it was cheap hotel I wouldn’t mind. But when hotel brands itself as resort and says it’s all so amazing, you can chill here and then you go there and it’s all hectic, you see that the real investment went into marketing.

The hotel itself looks outstanding and is kept immaculately clean. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times.
Fantastic location and a short but picturesque walk through the forest to the beach. Again beautiful and clean.
Staff at the kids club were fantastic amd managed all the kids well.
Pools were really cleanand didn't have a huge clean of chlorine.
Breakfasts were very nice, with a wide selection.
Only negatives was the price of the parking at circa GBP£** per day.
