Good hotel near to airport. Stayed for a night for early morning flight. Small room but well lit, clean, perfectly working AC, Bathroom was neat with warm water, soaps and towels.
Some sore points: There was smell in room as there was no ventilation. AC wasn't sufficient to remove that smell but it went away once i switched on the bathroom exhaust with AC on. Secondly, the bed sheet had a couple of spots. These things can be improved.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent visit to Indore and had booked a Deluxe Double Room for 3 guests via Agoda.com for 2 nights. However, the check-in experience was quite disappointing.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff initially had no idea about our booking. After I mentioned Agoda, they checked their booking manager app (YTS) and finally found it. Despite confirming the booking, they offered us a small standard room on the ground floor with an extra mattress on the floor — right in front of the bathroom door! The room clearly wasn't suitable for three guests.
I tried to reason with the staff for over 30 minutes, but nothing worked until I mentioned leaving an honest review on Google and Agoda. Only then did they involve the owner, who acknowledged the issue. He explained that the Agoda app had possibly misconfigured prices, leading to a booking amount that was too low from his side.
After further discussion, they finally offered us a standard room on the top floor, which was much better. However, even that room lacked basics like a kettle, tea bags, and backup power for charging phones during outages.
I understand that tech glitches happen, but hotel management and booking platforms like Agoda must coordinate better. Neither guests nor hotel owners should suffer due to poor syncing between platforms.
Hoping to see better service and transparency in the future.
