I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Safia Marrakech. The biggest advantage is its strategic location—just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center, making it very convenient for both travel and sightseeing. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was good for a short stay. A good choice if you prioritize accessibility and convenience.

easy to locate only 2 minutes walk from train station & Agadir bus terminus. quick friendly efficient check in. two modern lifts, clean & airy corridors, huge room with comfortable bed, desk, chairs but no fridge. efficient AC. little traffic or internal noise despite overlooking main road. big clean bathroom but hot water ran out after a couple of minutes so bath was tepid at best - disappointing! Wifi poor to non existent. lots of good restaurants & bars with beer & wine nearby- recommended despite HW & WiFi

Pros: The hospitality was excellent throughout my stay. The front office staff were welcoming and efficient, the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive, and the housekeeping team kept the room clean every day. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of the transport interchange, train station, and bus station, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was a decent size, and the balcony was a nice bonus.
Cons: The hotel does not provide basic toiletries such as a toothbrush. The property feels quite old and would benefit from a renovation. Unfortunately, none of the TV channels were working throughout my entire stay, which was disappointing.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the outstanding staff and excellent location. With a few upgrades and better maintenance, this hotel would offer an even better guest experience.
