Overall, it is excellent for a stay of couple of days. The room is well maintained, cleaned and has adequate facilities including wifi. Only thing which is missing is the elevator but it didn't affect us very much.

they tourist tax charge is exorbitant compare to the other places i stayed in paris , wonder why ?

I was surprised that this location was given 4.5 stars. It’s not in great condition. When I arrived (20:30), the door was locked, no one was at the front desk, and no amount of knocking or doorbell ringing made a difference. The staff hang out at the restaurant to the left of the hotel (as the front desk employee told me when someone finally fetched him).
The hotel is clean enough. If that’s your only concern, go ahead and book. But if you want a place to feel warm and homey, I would not recommend this place. It was functional, that’s all.

We had to book a Hotel on the last minute as the previous one did not offer a private bathroom. This Hotel is clean, the staff are super nice and it's right in front of a metro station(Croix de Chavaux). It is about 16min to Republique by metro so it is ok.
It can be a bit far out for some and it can be noisy as it in front a busy road. There is a pub downstairs with live music on Saturday but they stopped at 11pm. The room has a small functional bathroom and the windows is double glazed. But still a bit noisy due the motorcycles running all through the night. Paris is expensive and this Hotel is fair for its price.
