    You get quick idea of how your stay will be, when the security person in the parking area tells you where you can and cannot park your motorcycle, even though the room rate includes self parking. Then when the teenager on the check in desk doesn't even turn his phone of the entire you go through the check in process, you sort of think" hmm maybe I have made a mistake here" The room was ok, but the area that the hotel is located is an absolute disaster. Road works....no sorry, tractors digging up holes in the road have reduced the entire area into freak show. The true Indian nature is on display on the streets here. Even the local fruit stall tried to rip me off with " toursist" prices, so i simply walked away. The hotel itself, has no restaurant, and does not any food at all, and good luck finding a restaurant anywhere near. I di try one almost opposite the hotel, but after killing half a dozen bugs in 30 seconds, I left. Stay here if you areanindian national, you are probably used to being treated poorly, but as an Australian tourist, I chose to move out the next day, rather than stay for my entire booking.

    Overall, the stay was good, and the staff were polite. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. We checked in around 12:30 AM, and only one room was available. Unfortunately, the room allocated to us had a broken water tap that was not fixed properly. The next morning, there was no hot water. When I informed the management, they asked me to fill two full buckets of water first, saying that only then would the hot water start coming. I tried even after filling three buckets, but there was still no hot water. I had to take a bath with cold water, and it was difficult for my family as well. After raising the issue again, the staff were unable to fix the problem immediately. They finally arranged hot water from a nearby room, and only then were we able to manage. Considering the room tariff, I was also disappointed that breakfast was not included, and there were no complimentary morning beverages such as tea or coffee. The hotel has potential, but it should improve room maintenance, ensure reliable hot water, and consider offering basic complimentary amenities to provide better value for money
