    The staff were so kind and helpful, our room was large and well appointed. The bed and bedding were so comfortable. And the breakfast - phenomenal. Anything you could want and very high quality. The location is also very central.

    Great location! We stayed two nights with a few days in between. The hotel is modern and well-kept with a very helpful and friendly staff. The second night was in a deluxe room and worth the difference from the standard room.

    Sagging mattress, they need to be changed out. No sauna or steam room.

    Very disappointing. We had a corner room, and the TV was mounted on a wall that couldn’t be seen from the bed. On checkout… we mentioned it to the front desk and they said… oh… we have lots of complaints about that. Our corner room (that was not the lowest price room)…had a ridiculous layout for a bathroom. I couldn’t look in the mirror while I was blowdrying my hair. We also told the front desk that we would like our room cleaned…. And when we returned to the room at 5:30 in the afternoon…. It had not been cleaned.
