    Room size: Good Room view: Bad (I had requested for a better view room, and later got to know that they had free good view rooms vacant, but the staff didn't provide me with a one) Toilet: Fair (hand wash basin placement and size could be improved) Cleanliness: Good to V.Good Room amenities: Good (ask housekeeping if anything is required) Housekeeping staff: Excellent behaviour, you rock! Breakfast menu: Fair to Below Avg. (limited and fixed menu, you even get questioned for asking Eggs saying those are limited per person. A person staying in Jr Suite, will not haggle to get free eggs) Restaurant Staff: Bad behaviour, least hospitable Reception staff: Fair (Could have done many things without being asked, and after knowing what i want inspite of room being available they didnt provide)

    This is an excellent Hotel in the centre of the beautiful town of Aizawl: the best part about the hotel is the staff, this guys are a bunch of very polite and polished/well groomed people: They speak good english and Hindi: I loved the stay : Room no 601 was s the best room they have : its a mini suite with a 270 degree view from the room:

    Food was really good with excellent service,but Lots of Improvement required for breakfast. Needs serious improvement on the menu.
