    There was no toilet paper in the washroom, and the breakfast service was extremely poor. I had informed them the previous day to send breakfast by 8:00 a.m. the next morning, but I waited until 8:30 a.m. and had to remind them again. Even after that, breakfast was served only around 9:15 a.m. Overall, the service was very disappointing and unacceptable.
