    This is my first choice whenever I visit Ipoh. It’s a budget-friendly hotel, but it offers everything I need for a comfortable stay. What I appreciate most is how responsive the management is — they take guest feedback seriously and act on it quickly. I always get the room I request, and I’ve noticed that the cleanliness has improved significantly over time. During my previous stay, the TV wasn’t working, but on this visit, it had been replaced with a brand-new one. The room was also clean, fresh, and pleasantly scented. Great value for money, and I’ll definitely continue staying here whenever I’m in Ipoh.
