    The hotel is exceptionally clean, with friendly and professional staff. The food is delicious, and the swimming pool is extremely clean. They truly provide a high level of service.

    It was a fantastic experience with starting with Priyanka in checkin, Mithun and Purnima in restaurant being courteous eager and fabulous hosts. Rooms and facilities were spic clean. Liked the overall property and hospitality.

    As they say, you can’t get classy just by wearing expensive clothes. Same applies for Hotel polo tower, Agartala: they charge high room fare, food prices are like any other 5 stars, however room walls have seepage, i have shared pictures also. Complimentary buffet breakfast is very limited options. By no standard, this hotel is either 5 star or worth the price.

    Lobby is beautiful. Food and drink is tasty but overpriced. Wait Staff is very friendly but need server training. It’s the little touches that make a hotel 5 star and unfortunately this hotel is lacking. Small things like only having 1 menu for the entire restaurant. Bringing food out slowly when manners dictate the table must wait for all to be served to begin eating. Charging for plain water. Charging for rice when it should come with the curry. Bar staff didn’t know how to make basic cocktails. Only 1 bath and hand towel in room. Minibar missing items and duty manager arguing with guest about the price (he definitely should know what the listing in room states as the MANAGER) front desk indicated buffet closed at midnight but it closed at 11:00. Manager laughed at my wife when she questioned the minibar charges and after he confirmed he was actually wrong, he apologized to me and not to her. This small disrespect didn’t go unnoticed and I found his overall attitude unappealing.
