Great breakfast, lovely staff and spacious room. Also, parking was available at the property. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel looks amazing with loverly rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Eye for detail. Only downside is the view. The suites are located at the back of the hotel and are overlooking a very crappy building which destroys the view. I would recommend a standard room at the front of the hotel. Staff is amazing and would come back, but would book the standard room. Also, the hotel has many balconies but no chairs to sit on outside.

Our stay at Hotel Plaza Berat was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality truly made our visit special.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore Berat's beautiful attractions, restaurants, and historic sites on foot.
Everyone we met was genuinely welcoming, creating a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
I would highly recommend Hotel Plaza Berat to anyone visiting Berat. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience—we would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in our Junior suite at the hotel plaza Berat. The location was prime and the room was super spacious and clean. All of the hotel staff were super accommodating and friendly. We will be back!
