Please be aware that Hotel Pahadi and Hotel Pahadi Convention are two separate properties divided by a road. While they share the same management, the online listing for the Convention property is highly deceptive. It features photos of a pool, gym, and restaurant that actually belong exclusively to the boutique hotel across the street.To access any of these amenities, you must physically walk across the road. This operational split severely impacts service: because the Convention building has no onsite kitchen, all room service is carried over from the other property. As a result, ordering tea takes 30 minutes and food takes over an hour, meaning your meals arrive cold.While the rooms themselves are spacious, cozy, and clean, the structural setup and misleading advertising completely ruin the value. To make matters worse, Agoda was entirely unhelpful and refused to assist with an immediate cancellation or refund. ***
