    Hotel Padmam: Honest feedback.The amenities & pictures of this hotel are quite misleading, it was an utterly disappointing experience for us with this hotel. This hotel is definitely NOT suited for family , they don't have elevator(seems to be in maintenance) might take months to fix. Guest should climb 2 to 3 floors, if you are traveling with senior citizens better avoid this hotel. We travelled with Senior citizens, our experience was thoroughly discomforting in every aspects. I could sense the discomfort from other guests, were elderly members have to take the stairs using walking stick. Rooms are unclean, broken switches & badly torn ceiling, could see lizards in bathrooms. No restaurant & No car parking. There is a paid parking nearby could take 150 to 300 Rs per day stay. Reception staff (Not sure his name), seemed quite disinterested throughout the checkin, clearly unwilling to help in any ways, he was ok for us to cancel the room(without refund), excuse me?. One good thing, staffs (housekeeping)working in the hotel were helpful in getting food & coffee.(I really feel sorry for them, they might have to endure customer's harsh complaints) Pls note you cannot park in front of the hotel or around the premises, there is court order to impose fines. On a whole this is definitely not suited for family, the hotel needs a lot of upgrades. In every aspects this was a disappointing experience. Request to Agoda, better unlist this hotel, this could impact your reputation

    Room was very dirty . Staff was not coperative. All the switches were broken. And no switch to regulate the fan. Water from washbasin was not proper. Smelly room
