    Horrible Stay Experience, take strict actions against Hotel Uday, totally misleading pictures on site, nothing like what we see in room. They're not ready to help at all, and when we asked them to change the bedsheet they purposely stomped on the blanket to make it even dirtier. From the minute we stepped in they're suggesting us to find some other place or contact customer support, horrible experience. Totally irresponsible behavior, we are gravely inconvenienced and it's literally night time, where are we supposed to find a room at this hour. Room is not at all clean with cobwebs and dirty walls and so dusty. There is no T. V, towels, soaps, hangers, geyser in this December weather, too shady, totally different from what they've uploaded on the site. Shame on them like seriously there's a window overlooking the washroom which we think people can even see from outside and the washroom itself is so small that the sink is directly above the toilet seat.
