    1st time in Bintulu & room just great for me & family.near night market,easy parking,aircond & water heater work well. Nice stay

    Overall satisfied with my stay. Please fix your shower!! No proper bidet as well I don't feel satisfied washing using bowl bidet at all. Your floor is so sticky as if like someone wearing shoes inside the room and nobody's cleaning it. Recommended for one night stay only because it's cheap and easy access to find halal food. Thanks for the experience but I will not repeat this stay again 😅

    i stay this hotel more than 3 times, previously i already knew it without LIFT service. i booked Queen Bed Room , but when i check in , no more queen bed room , need change to Twins bed ( Single Bed x 2 ) . i did request change to Deluxe Triple room , its come with （ Queen Bed x 1 + Single + 1 ) , Staff Accept and arrange. but when i open the door , its Triple Room BUT it is single bed x 3 very disappointed for this arrange , very tired and late night , so i didnt go down receiption to request change room again ( because without LIFT ) disappointed things 2nd...many ANT on the floor. its looks like no clean up nicely.
