Good stay for the price,but has its issues. Cleanliness has to be improved a lot- bedsheets, corners of the room, bathing towel. And atleast provide one complimentary waterbottle with the room.

There are not agree for booking side fare, if you are staying so that fare paid for according to hotel staff.

I booked 2 Rooms for 4 family members. When I reached at the hotel the attendant at counter told me that they can give only one room and ask me to adjust 4 family members in One single room inspite of booking 2 Rooms Via Agoda online and they can not refund amount that I payed online via Agoda . And they are saying that they didn't receive amount from agoda . Hotel staff and receptionist are so arogant that they almost threaten us by saying do what u want . I stayed at hotel that night in single room with 4 of my family members because of having no other option... So I strongly recommend to not choose this hotel ......#Fraud Hotel

WORST HOTEL BOOKING EXPERIENCE — PAID TWICE, TERRIBLE ROOM, ZERO SUPPORT This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I had already booked and fully paid for the room through Agoda, but when we arrived, the hotel demanded an additional amount almost equal to what we had already paid just to give us the room. When we tried to resolve the issue, the hotel staff were extremely unhelpful. They basically told us to “go find another hotel” and said that Agoda would arrange another hotel or that OYO would. They also claimed that because the hotel was under OYO, they could accept or reject OYO bookings, but they could not deny an Agoda booking. This was extremely confusing and frustrating because we had a confirmed, paid Agoda reservation. We spent around 30 minutes on hold, talking, explaining and requesting help, while we were already standing at the property with nowhere else to go. After all that, we were forced to pay the additional amount just to get the room. And what did we get? The room was in terrible condition: - ❌ No proper AC / AC facility was not usable - ❌ TV was not working / no proper TV facility - ❌ Extremely poor cleanliness - ❌ No water for bathing or even using the toilet - ❌ Mosquitoes everywhere - ❌ Very poor overall maintenance - ❌ Extremely disappointing service - ❌ Staff were not helpful when we raised the problems We paid for a hotel room through Agoda and then had to pay again at the property, only to receive a room with basic facilities not even functioning. This is completely unacceptable. A customer should not have to pay twice, beg for a room, wait 30 minutes for assistance, and then stay in such horrible conditions after making a confirmed booking through Agoda. I strongly request Agoda to investigate this property and the payment issue and provide a FULL REFUND of the amount paid, including the additional amount we were forced to pay at the hotel. Please do not simply tell customers to contact the hotel or OYO. We booked and paid through Agoda and expect Agoda to take responsibility for resolving this issue with its listed property. Extremely disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend this hotel or this booking experience to anyone.
