Hotel O Hotel Silver Sky

I stayed here twice. First time was fine. But the second time, I was denied checkin as the total amount shown by Agoda (and paid by me in advance) was under *** So the hotel said they DO NOT HAVE MY BOOKING. I called agoda helpline but no one responded despite being on hold for several minutes. Eventually I reached Oyo support who called the hotel and had some discussion. Now the receptionist accepted he has my booking but asked for additional ***INR or otherwise cancel online booking and pay them directly. I called oyo support again informing them about the issue, they again called the hotel and assured me that I'll be allowed checkin Again after some discussion with rude young receptionist boy, I was allowed to checkin at same amount. No amenities were provided. No soap, I asked for a towel, that was never provided. They use regular water, put them in Bailey branded bottles and give it to the guests. I've seen other hotels do it too, so maybe it's okay, although we do not know if the water is safe to drink or just municipality tap water.
