*Disappointing Experience at Nagpur Hotel*
Our stay at this hotel was subpar, marred by uncooperative staff, unclean rooms, and excessive charges.
*Overpriced and Inflexible*
Unlike other cities, where hotels typically charge half the room rent for a 2-3 hour or half-day extension, this hotel demanded a full day's rate. This rigid policy was a significant inconvenience.
*Unclean and Unhygienic Rooms*
Our room was plagued by bedbugs, and the bathroom was filthy. The phone was dead, making it impossible to request room service. We had to physically go down to the reception to place our orders.
*Lack of Basic Amenities*
Surprisingly, the hotel didn't provide basic amenities like water, glasses, or even a second towel for the two of us. The buckets were dirty, and the taps were broken.
*Poor Service*
Unlike other hotels, where staff typically help with luggage, we had to request assistance, and even then, the hotel boy only carried one bag. At checkout, we were left to fend for ourselves, with no help in carrying our bags.
Overall, our experience at this hotel was disappointing, and we would not recommend it to others.

In room 206 no ac was working totally bad experience , not even water bottle was free took charges for it , staff was not even change room on complaint.
