Worst hotel experience I've had. I booked this property through Agoda based on its highly positive ratings, but my experience was completely different from what was advertised. The issues I encountered were: Unhygienic rooms with smelly bedsheets, an unpleasant odour, and very dim lighting. Misleading photos. The room provided looked nothing like the one shown on the booking website. The listing images appeared heavily edited and did not accurately represent the actual property. Poor maintenance. The geyser was not working, the AC was leaking, the tap knob was broken, and water continuously leaked from the fittings. Mosquito infestation and constant noises from rats throughout the stay, making it extremely uncomfortable. Poor customer service. The staff were not cooperative in resolving the issues. While I don't entirely blame the staff, the owner is ultimately responsible for the poor condition and management of the property. This property should be investigated by Agoda,***, and other hotel booking platforms. The listing is misleading and does not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. I believe it should be reviewed and, if found to be in violation of platform standards, removed to prevent other travellers from having a similar experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone and strongly advise travellers to consider other accommodation options.
